Daniel Rudyak graduated from USC’s Marshall School of Business with honors. He co-founded Cortex Composites, a cost efficient rollable concrete product used for infrastructure development. After receiving his B.S.B.A. with a concentration in finance at USC’s Marshall School of Business, Daniel worked within Houlihan Lokey’s M&A department, focusing on Business Services, Industrial, and Healthcare transaction. He went onto working within the Private Investing arm of Guggenheim Partners. Daniel received his MBA from Columbia University, where he graduated as a Feldberg Fellow and Private Equity Fellow. He has spent two years working in Private Equity, focusing his time on upper-middle market buyout transactions.
Regina Rudyak graduated Magna Cum Laude from Woodbury University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.
